Our public events include guest speakers presenting evening talks, day and weekend teachings, and short and long retreats, hosted by our own experienced teachers, international teachers as well as traditional Lamas.
Our program supports you, whenever you are on your spiritual path. There are many entry points for those new to meditation. For those with a stable meditation practice, we offer events that are aimed at transforming the mind.
